Lucy joined SHiFT in January 2023, as National Team Coordinator. Having lived in the Netherlands for 12 years, she moved back to London in 2020 and started working at St Christopher's Hospice not long thereafter. Before bringing up her 3 daughters, Lucy worked in the Arts and as an equity research editor.
